Elder Gods is what happens when A childhood passion gets fueled by adult depression and disposable income.

Since I was a kid I was beyond fascinated by animals. Like an amount that probably factored in to why i was sent to a therapist by preschool. I didn’t want to be a doctor or a lawyer or make money in some fabulous career. I wanted to be Dr. jane goodall or marry steve irwin. I spent too much time watching animal planet and catching whatever critters I could find out adventuring in nature, but still unfortunately became a real adult with a more practical job.

until covid blew the world up and I Wasn’t. So, trapped in the house and desperate to be outside, and now with an adult income and a government stipend I got a fish. And then the crested gecko I wanted as a kid. and then a bigger tank. and another lizard, all in an attempt to bring the outside, inside.

Now we are here. My hobby has overflown of its own accord and overflow babies need homes. plants and propogations are taking over our house. Ideas on how to make keeping critters easier keep getting 3d printed. We’ve found a passion and a side hustle for making exotics and aquatics care accessible, affordable, and less intimidating with tons of info and tips. join us on our journey & stay creepy.
